A SKILLED AND DIVERSE TEAM

At Magical Mushroom Company®, our people are central to the progress we are making.

We are building a new kind of manufacturing business: practical, ambitious and rooted in the belief that natural materials can replace some of the most damaging forms of packaging. That takes more than enthusiasm. It takes engineering discipline, scientific expertise, operational focus and people who care deeply about the quality of what we produce.

Since launching in 2019, we have grown through hard work, learning and persistence. From the factory floor to product development, operations and customer delivery, our team has helped turn an ambitious idea into real manufacturing capability.

We are proud to bring together people from different backgrounds, disciplines and industries.

Our team includes engineers, scientists, designers, operators and commercial specialists, all working towards the same goal: to build high-quality products that work in harmony with nature.

Most of our team have now been with MMC for more than three years, giving us a strong base of experience, loyalty and practical knowledge as we move into the next stage of growth.

We are also proud that some of the people now helping to transform our manufacturing capability are women in engineering, science and design roles. They were hired entirely on merit, and their impact is already visible in the way we are improving consistency, throughput and scale.

By investing in our people, we strengthen our culture, improve our products and deliver the high standards our customers expect.
