SCRIPS, founded in 2022 in Warsaw, Poland, is a well-being concept that combines modern science with traditional knowledge to create all-natural supplements for internal and external use. Committed to leaving little to no footprint on the planet, SCRIPS’ core values focus on harm-free production, including environmental sustainability.
Seeking an innovative packaging solution that matched their reusable jar design, SCRIPS partnered with Magical Mushroom Company® to create custom Mushroom® Packaging. This collaboration reflects SCRIPS’ mission to reduce waste, stand out in the crowded supplements industry, and provide a unique, environmentally friendly customer experience.

THE PROBLEM
With close to 30,000 companies in the supplements industry in Poland, most brands rely on standard cardboard-like packaging or omit external packaging altogether.
SCRIPS wanted to differentiate their products with a packaging solution that extended the premium feel of their reusable jars while remaining environmentally conscious.
The challenge was to find a packaging material that offered sustainability, uniqueness, and high-quality presentation without adding to plastic waste or pollution.
THE SOLUTION
Magical Mushroom Company® developed bespoke Mushroom® Packaging for SCRIPS, combining mycelium—the root structure of fungi—with recycled biowaste to create strong, aesthetic, and biodegradable packaging.
The packaging was custom-designed at MMC’s Attenborough plant to fit SCRIPS’ reusable jars and meet the brand’s high standards for presentation and functionality.
Free from chemicals and industrial processing, Mushroom® Packaging aligns with SCRIPS’ values by reducing built-in energy use and harmful emissions while delivering a visually stunning and environmentally friendly product.
THE RESULT
SCRIPS successfully introduced Mushroom® Packaging to the Polish supplements market, setting a new benchmark for sustainable packaging in the industry.
The biodegradable packaging decomposes in just 40 days, releasing nutrients back into the soil and nourishing the environment. Customers have praised the unique look and feel of the packaging, which reflects SCRIPS’ commitment to innovation and sustainability.
